  • One or more upper case letters
  • One or more lower case letters
  • One or more numbers

We capture this information so we can check your identity when you telephone us in order to comply with data protection legislation.
Our underwriters need your address as this is the property which is covered under any insurance policy – especially if we need to get a locksmith out or replace keys and locks. If you chose not to receive marketing or renewal invites by email we will need to send your renewal invite by post.
Our underwriters require the covered address to be in the United Kingdom.
Your mobile and home numbers are often the quickest way to get in touch and tell you if someone has found your keys, especially if the finder is still nearby. We’ll also use your mobile and landline numbers to call you to help renew your policy if it has lapsed.
